How do I list my charity with MyCharityClub.com?
To submit your charity for review to join MyCharityClub.com network of charities, simply fill out the Submit Your Charity form. Our staff will review the information you provided and contact your charity
All charities are subject to verification and approval. A temporary ID will be issued today, which will allow you to shop for your charity. Upon approval, your rewards will be credited to your charity's account. MyCharityClub.com has final approval on which charities are approved, if for some reason your charity is not approved, your rewards can be credited to another charity of your choice.

Does my charity qualify?
Qualification checklist.
- Your charity is located in the United States
- Your charity is 501(c)-3 compliant
- Your charity is in need of financial support
- Contact is established with someone at your charity

Is there a cost or obligation to register my charity?
No cost in incurred by any charity nor by any supporting members. MyCharityClub is a free service for all members, both registered users and registered charities.

How can our charity keep track of how much we have raised?
Once a charity is accepted into MyCharityClub.com network, that charity will be provided with a free admin account which allows an administrator from that charity to view all earning, each check sent, the amount, and date. The administrator will also be able to view the number of supporters registered for your organization. However, according to our privacy policy, names of each individual member will not be available to the charity, unless specifically authorized by that member.

How and when do we get the money?
Checks are sent monthly, 75 days in arrears. This is required by our merchants to allow time for full reporting and to account for any returns.

Each charity will receive a check once revenue and accrued to $25.00. Any month with the accumulated amount less than $25 will be carried over to the next month. There is no expiration on the funds, they will continue to carry over until $25.00 is reached.

Do I have to register to join?
When you register and become a member of MyCharityClub.com purchases made through your account are tracked and we are able to distribute the money you raise to your charity through online purchases and special offers.
You are able to switch charities at any time. Membership and registration are completely free.

Can I support more than one charity?
Each account can only support one charity. However, you can change the charity you support as often as you like. You may have 2 accounts, to support 2 different charities at the same time.

Is my membership information kept private?
Yes, your membership information will never be shared with third party vendors any reason. Your membership information is kept private from the charity you have chosen to support. Your membership information is kept private from the stores you choose to shop at. Your membership information is kept completely private. Can I join if I live outside the US?
Yes as long as the merchant you are shopping from will ship outside the US, you may join. The charity you select must be established in the US.

Can I use special offers and coupons and still earn donations for my charity?
We work closely with our network merchants to provide our members with coupons and special discounts. Using coupons listed in our Shopping Mall or Special Offers will still earn you donations for your chosen charity.
We can not guarantee that your purchases will be tracked when using coupons that are not provided by MyCharityClub.
Please be advised that coupons, discounts and special offers listed on MyCharityClub.com are subject to change. Restrictions may apply. MyCharityClub.com attempts to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information but can not make guarantees due to the time-sensitive nature of these promotions.

I want to shop at a store that is not on the network list, will I still get credit for my charity?
No, you will not get credit for your charity if you shop at a store that is not listed in our network. However, we work very hard every day to provide our members with a large selection of stores. Please use the contact_us form to suggest a store that you would like to see listed in our network.

How do I know that my charity has gotten credit for my purchases?
Simply login, then view My Account to see your donations and purchases made through MyCharityClub.com links. Each merchant reports differently. Some purchases may take up to 7 days before being listed in your My_Account reports. If you have any questions about a particular purchase, please use the Contact_us form.

What if I have a problem with my order?
We operate independently of each store in our network, and each store is in dependant of MyCharityClub.com. If you have a problem with an order, please contact the merchant directly. All merchants in our network are credible and well established. We choose merchants which are well known and operate with integrity. if you have an unresolved issue with a network merchant please let us know about it through our Contact_Us form.
